Key Club
Key Club members are youth in grades seven through twelve who are trained
in helping skills to work with their peers and younger students
in one-to-one or small group settings.
Group opportunities for Key Club members include making quilts
for at-risk babies, participating in an "urban retreat"
- a weekend of service in Duluth or Minneapolis, raising funds to provide
scholarships for graduating youth leaders and numerous other
school and community service projects.
Key Club meets weekly during the school year for service and activity planning.
Key Club membership is open to any student who desires to become a leader and provide service to his or her school and community.
Key Club's goal is to provide leadership development, service learning, vocational guidance, personal enrichment and college scholarships. |
